Welcome to PeopleBridge Partners (“PBP”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About PeopleBridge Partners

PBP is a Talent Supply, Outsourcing, and Workforce Enablement firm providing:

  • Gig workforce mobilisation

  • Internship pipelines

  • AI/Data Ops talent supply

  • Structured sourcing and screening processes

  • Transparent hiring workflows

  • Guaranteed fulfilment through a structured supply chain

2. Use of Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Disrupt website functioning

  • Misuse content, branding, or intellectual property

All content is owned by or licensed to PBP.

3. Candidate Engagement Terms

Candidates engaging with PBP agree that:

  • Information submitted must be accurate and authentic

  • Screening processes may include communication, comprehension, and motivation checks

  • PBP may share necessary data with clients for evaluation

  • PBP is not responsible for hiring decisions, which rest solely with clients

  • Candidate documents may be self-submitted; verification is the client’s responsibility

4. Client Engagement Terms

Clients agree to the following operational terms (aligned with the provided document):

4.1 Scope of Services

PBP will:

  • Source, screen, and nominate candidates

  • Provide complete documentation for screening

  • Coordinate until onboarding

4.2 Fee Due Criteria

A nomination fee becomes payable when the candidate:

  1. Is selected

  2. Offer is issued

  3. Joins the program

  4. Client confirms onboarding status

4.3 Misrepresentation Safeguards

PBP’s fee remains payable if the candidate is hired:

  • Directly

  • Indirectly

  • Through reapplication

  • Through referral

  • Through another department

  • Within 90 days of first submission

4.4 Replacement Policy

  • No mandatory replacement guarantee for gig/internship models

  • Replacements may be mutually discussed

4.5 Payment Terms

  • Invoice raised after joining confirmation

  • Payment within 7 days

  • Interest @18% p.a. for delayed payments

  • Exclusive of GST

5. Confidentiality

Both parties must maintain confidentiality of resumes, communications, processes, assessment methods, and internal information.

6. Non-Solicitation

Clients may not hire or engage PBP’s internal staff or consultants for 12 months.

7. Limitation of Liability

PBP is not liable for:

  • Candidate behaviour or performance

  • Dropouts after joining

  • Delays caused by client processes

Liability is capped to total fees paid to PBP.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days’ written notice. Pending dues must be cleared.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Indian courts.

10. Modifications

PBP reserves the right to modify content, Terms, or service scope at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
